CEO of the Housing Financing Fun resigns

Sigurður Erlingsson, the CEO of the Housing Financing Fund, has requested that
the Board of Directors of the Fund accept his resignation, and the Board has
accepted his request.The Board of HFF will soon advertise the position of CEO
as vacant. The new CEO will have the role of implementing any changes that may
be made to the operation of the Fund due to changes in the arrangement of
housing issues.The CEO's substitute, Gunnhildur Gunnarsdóttir, will temporarily
take on the duties of the CEO, and the departing CEO will be available to her
for consultation until a new permanent CEO has been recruited.

success has been achieved in the sale of appropriated assets.”
