Klaipedos Nafta - Interim information

Interim financial information regarding the 12 months of 2014 


SC Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter - the Company) unaudited financial results for
12 months of 2014: 

  -- Net profit amounts to LTL 31.5 million (EUR 9.1 million) or less by 11.6
     per cent if compared to the same period of 2013 - LTL 35.6 million (EUR
     10.3 million).
  -- Profit before tax, interest and depreciation (EBITDA) for 2014 is lower by
     8.7 per cent, comparing to the same period of 2013, and comprise LTL 57.8
     million (EUR 16.7 million).
  -- The sales revenues for 2014 comprise LTL 136.6 million (EUR 39.6 million);
     it reduced by 7.7 per cent if compared to the same period of 2013 - LTL
     126.9 million (EUR 36.7 million).
  -- The revenue in 2014 has increased because of the start of activity of the
     Liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in the end of 2014. Profitability of
     the Company has decreased in 2014 because of reduced transhipment of oil
     products.
