Regarding intentions of the controlling shareholder

confirms that UAB ICOR (code 300021944), the controlling shareholder of the
Company, is considering an option of selling the 63.39% stock of Company's
shares. Swedbank AB was selected as a financial advisor on this issue. 

Search for the potential investors is in process and the Company has no
information about possible deadlines. Notification on essential events
concerned with 63.39% stock of Company's shares issue shall be announced
publicly according to legal regulations, if publicity of such information shall
have no negative effect on interests of the Company's shareholders, Company or
third parties.
