Salcomp Plc's Interim Report for the January-June 2008 period will be published 
on Tuesday, 12 August 2008 at about 8.30 a.m. Finnish time.                     

The briefing for analysts and media will be held on 12 August 2008 at 12.00     
Finnish time at Hotel Scandic Simonkenttä, Simonkatu 9, Helsinki. Please inform
