The Housing Financing Fund - Results of HFF Bond Auction

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) announces the results of an HFF bond auction
on February 22nd 2010. Valid bids submitted amounted to ISK 16.112 billion at
nominal value.  The following bids were accepted: 

HFF150224, nominal amount of ISK 1.100 billion weighted yield without
commission is 3.81% 
HFF150434, nominal amount of ISK 1.550 billion weighted yield without
commission is 3.81% 
HFF150644, nominal amount of ISK 2.300 billion weighted yield without
commission is 3.80% 

The total weighted yield of the accepted bids, without commission was 3.81% and
with commission 3.82%. Settlement date will be February 26th 2010.
