The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Plc held by Nordea Funds Oy
(1737785-9) has fallen below the limit of 5% on 17 June 2015. Following the
transaction Nordea Funds Oy owns 1,168,031 PKC Group Plc shares and votes,
which means 4.86% of the share capital and votes. 



The amount of shares of PKC Group Plc on 17 June 2015 totalled 24,041,887. The
