Correction to information contained in major shareholder announcement
concerning transaction made on 17 August 2009 
In a major shareholder announcement dated 18 August 2009, made in connection
with the result of a takeover bid, two errors appeared. The correct version is
that Lur Berri Iceland has secured a total of 1,525,648,531 shares in Alfesca
hf. and 26.11% of voting rights (and not 1,525,648,561 shares and 25.96% as
wrongly stated). 

Otherwise this correction has no effect on the information contained in the
announcement.
