Gubernija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the Draft Decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Whereas the initiators of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders -
the shareholders of the AB “Gubernija“ and the Board members Romualdas
Dunauskas and Lina Dunauskaite did not attend the Board meeting of the AB
“Gubernija”  held on 21 May 2009 and did not present the draft decisions of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 23 June 2009 on their
initiative, the Manager of the Company cannot publish the draft decisions of
the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders intended to be held on 23
June 2009.
