On the implementation of mandatory non-competitive tender offer report

AB Ukio bankas, with register code 112020136, address: 25 Maironio str.,
LT-44250 Kaunas, Lithuania. 

On 18 October 2010 AB Ukio Bankas received a report on the implementation of
the mandatory non-competitive tender offer from shareholder Vladimir Romanov. 
Through the implementation period of the tender offer, shareholder Vladimir
Romanov acquired 4,640,094 ordinary registered shares of the bank, with nominal
value of LTL 1 (EUR 0.29) each (ISIN code LT0000102352), which represent 1.57
percent voting rights at the ordinary general meeting of AB Ukio bankas. 
The report on the implementation of the tender offer is attached hereto.

The authorizations to provide additional information are vested in Marius
