Stumbras AB - Notification on material event

Stumbras AB sales for the first nine months of 2008

Stumbras AB sales reached LTL 109.41 million (EUR 31.69 million) in the first
nine months of 2008.  Production sales increased by 1.3 % compared to LTL
107.97 million (EUR 31.27 million) in sales during same period of the previous
year. 

Stumbras AB sales amounted to LTL 12.01 million (EUR 3.48 million) in the month
of September 2008. Sales of alcoholic beverages decreased by 20.2 % compared to
LTL 15.04 million (EUR 4.36 million) in sales during same period of the
previous year.
