Regarding the Resignation of the Members of the Board

energijos gamyba“, AB (company code 302648707, registered office address of the
Elektrinės st. 21, Elektrėnai) informs that on September 11, 2013 company
received from Chairmen of the board Mr Raimundas Petrauskas and Member of the
Board Ms Sonata Matulevičienė notices regarding the resignation from the posts
of Member of the Board (Chairmen of the Board). In accordance with the Law on
Companies of the Republic of Lithuania powers of these members  will be
terminated on September 25, 2013.
