Rokiskio Suris AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the misleading information revealed in the media

AB „Rokiskio suris“ reports that the information announced by BNS that “This
year the Company plans to reach the turnover of LTL 700 million and does not
expect to operate profitably” is incorrect. The Company announced that it
evaluates to reach the turnover of LTL 700 million and does not expect to have
any profit in 2008 but not “this year” as it was announced by BNS. 
The Company does not have any evaluations in regards with the operational
results in 2009.
