The schedule for Technopolis Plc’s financial reporting in 2018 is the following:

Year 2017 financial statements release          February 15, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

Year 2017 Annual Review and complete        February 26, 2018, at the latest
financial statements

Q1 2018 Interim Report                                  April 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

Half-Year Financial Report 2018                    August 23, 2018 at 09:00 a.m.

Q3 2018 Interim Report                                  October 25, 018 at 2:00 p.m.

Technopolis Plc’s Annual General Meeting is planned for Tuesday March 20, 2018. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors separately at a later date. Possible requests from shareholders to put matters on the agenda of Technopolis Plc’s 2018 Annual General Meeting should be sent to Technopolis’ Board of Directors no later than February 1, 2018. A request, together with an explanation or a draft resolution, should be sent to Technopolis Plc, by e-mail at legal@technopolis.fi.

Technopolis observes a 30-day silent period prior to publication of the financial reports.
