Received report on the implementation of mandatory non-competitive tender offer

Kaunas, Lithuania, 2011-09-20 15:13 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 20 September
2011 AB SANITAS received a report from its shareholder Valeant Pharmaceuticals
International, Inc. on the implementation of the mandatory non-competitive
tender offer. 
Through the implementation period of the tender offer Valeant Pharmaceuticals
International, Inc. bought-up 1,968,631 ordinary registered shares of AB
SANITAS with nominal value of LTL 1 each (ISIN code LT0000106171), which
represent 6.33 percent of voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders
of the company.
