VST AB - Notification on material event

Information regarding the decision adopted by the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy

National Control Commission for Prices and Energy during the session held on
November 27th, 2008 made a decision to postpone the consideration of the item
regarding the electricity prices and tariffs of VST, AB and their application
procedure, which had been confirmed by the board of VST, AB on the October
31st, 2008 by the protocol number 19/2008.
