DOVRE GROUP'S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2014

Dovre Group Plc releases its financial statement bulletin for January 1 -
December 31, 2013 on Friday, February 14, 2014. The Annual General meeting will
be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014. The meeting venue and time will be
announced later. The electronic version of the Annual Report 2013, including
financial statements, will be published during week 10 in 2014. 


Dovre Group releases its 2014 interim reports as follows.

Interim report for January 1 - March 31, 2014 on Thursday, April 24, 2014

Interim report for January 1 - June 30, 2014 on Thursday, July 24, 2014

Interim report for January 1 - September 30, 2014 on Thursday, October 23, 2014.

period of 21 days, during which the company will not be in contact with the
