On 5 October 2011 AB Ukio bankas finished the issue of Fixed rate bond issue
LTL No. 8/2011 issued under LTL 200,000,000 short and medium term bonds
offering program. During distribution period (from 12 September 2011 till 5
October 2011) 272,406 bonds with nominal value of LTL 100 and fixed 4.5 percent
annual interest rate were issued. Redemption of bonds on 15 October 2012.
