Regarding the commencement in office by the Supervisory Board members

upon registration of the new wording of the Articles of Association of Įmonių
grupė “ALITA”, AB (a public limited liability company established and
functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code
302444238, address of the registered office at Miškininkų g. 17, Alytus, the
Republic of Lithuania) (hereinafter, the Company) regarding the increase of the
authorised capital of the Company and formation of the Supervisory Council, the
following members of the Supervisory Council, elected in the general meeting of
shareholders of the Company held on 3 October 2011, commenced their office: 

(i) Vytautas Junevičius;

(ii) Jan Åberg;

(iii) Mats A Andersson and

(iv) Leena Maria Saarinen.
