TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

TeliaSonera AB increased its stake in TEO up to 68.29 per cent

According to TEO LT, AB knowledge, TeliaSonera AB (publ), Sweden, a largest
shareholder of TEO LT, AB, acquired 1,661,566 ordinary registered shares of TEO
LT, AB or 0.21 per cent of the total number of shares, and increased its stake
in the share capital of TEO LT, AB as well as number of votes from 68.08 to
68.29 per cent.
