NEO INDUSTRIAL’S ASSOCIATED COMPANY FINNDOMO SELLS PREFABRICATED HOME BUSINESS IN SONKAJÄRVI

NEO INDUSTRIAL'S ASSOCIATED COMPANY FINNDOMO SELLS PREFABRICATED HOME BUSINESS
IN SONKAJÄRVI 

Finndomo Ltd, part of Neo Industrial's Single Family Housing segment, has today
signed an agreement selling the prefabricated home business and the belonging
real-estates in Sonkajärvi. 

This transaction secures the delivery of all the houses, ordered from
Sonkajärvi factory by almost 250 customers, as well as the continuity of over
hundred working places. The business will be transferred to Omatalo Ltd
immediately. 

Finndomo Ltd, proceeding the corporate restructuring process, will continue to
find a solution regarding the operation of Hartola factory. The transaction
signed today will be finalized, as the communal authorities of Sonkajärvi and
the General Meeting of Finndomo have accepted the agreement and the District
Court of of North Savonia has confirmed the corporate restructuring process. 

Neo Industrial's balance value for the shares of Finndomo is EUR 6.4 million.
There aro no other obligations and responsibilities for the company. 

The financial effects of this agreement to Neo Industrial's result will be
informed as the transactin has been confirmed.
