NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP IN COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKET ACT 



Orava Residential REIT (Business ID: 2382127-4) has received on 23 February
2016 a disclosure under chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act,
according to which, the holdings of Royal House Oy together with the holdings
of its daughter company Sysmäläntien Kiinteistöt Oy has fallen below the 5 per
cent limit of Orava Residential REIT's shares. According to the disclosure,
Royal House Oy will hold directly and indirectly through its daughter company
Sysmäläntien Kiinteistöt Oy 458,107 Orava Residential REIT's shares,
representing 4.98 per cent of Orava Residential REIT's shares and votes. 

The change is a result of the increase of Orava Residential REIT's number of
registered shares as a result of directed share issue on 22 February 2016 and
share sales on 22 February 2016. The proportions were calculated in relation to
the number of 9 206 619 shares and related votes registered in the Trade
Registery at 22 February 2016. The Company has one series of shares and each
share entitles to one vote.
