Auction announcement RIKV 09 0715

On Wednesday, 8 April at 14:00 the Central Bank of Iceland will conduct a
competitive auction on one series of Treasury bills. NOTE that the auction is
usually held at 11:00, but because of the Central Bank policy rate decision on
the same date, the auction is postponed until 14:00. 

The maximum total amount offered in this auction will be 20,000 m.kr. nominal
value. 
The Central Bank reserves the right to accept all of the submitted bids, part
of them or reject all of them. Only primary dealers in Treasury securities are
authorised to submit bids in this auction. They also submit bids on behalf of
investors. The minimum amount of each bid is 1 m.kr. nominal value. 
The payment and settlement date is Wednesday, April 15, 2009.

The Treasury Bills above will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange in
Iceland on 
Thursday, April 16, 2009.
