Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed  auction of an existing series, LBANK
171010 and new series, LBANK 171110 and LBANK 180510.

In  total, 25 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
5,140m.

A  total of 8 bids  for 780m were received  in the series  LBANK 171010 with bid
rates at 5.10%-5.40%. No bids were accepted in the series.

A  total of 11 bids for 2,160m were received in the series LBANK 171110 with bid
rates  at 5.15%-5.40%. Bids for 1,740m were accepted at a simple rate of 5.18%
equal to the price of 97.4207.

A  total of 6 bids for 2,200m were received  in the series LBANK 180510 with bid
rates at 5.34%-5.55%. No bids were accepted in the series.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 10 May 2017.
