CORRECTION: Landsbankinn hf. taps issuance of covered bonds

This is a correction of the announcement from 16:45 11.12.2014 GMT.

Reason for the correction: Information on previously issued amount in the
series LBANK CB 17 and the total amount issued after the tap issuance was
incorrect. 

Today Landsbankinn concluded the sale of non-indexed covered bonds, a tap into
the series LBANK CB 19, listed on Nasdaq Iceland. The tap issuance is for the
amount of ISK 900m at a yield of 5,95%. Landsbankinn has previously issued ISK
1.740m in the same series and the total amount of the issuance will be ISK
2.640m after this tap issuance. 

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland no later
than on 19 December 2014 with Straumur Investment Bank acting as market maker. 

The covered bonds are issued in accordance with a licence from the Financial
Supervisory Authority (FME), with the reference to Act no. 11/2008 and Rules
no. 528/2008. Further information on the bonds and the cover pool is available
