Issuance of RIKS 30 0701 in connection with capital account liberalisation

With reference to the Central Bank of Iceland's press release concerning
offering to purchase euros in connection with the strategy on capital account
liberalisation, published today, August 2, the Government Debt Agency will
issue Treasury bonds in the indexed series RIKS 30 0701. Further information on
the auction can be found in the Terms of Auction attached to the above Central
Bank´s press release.
