The offer referred to in this stock exchange release is not being made, whether

SCANFIL OYJ'S OFFER FOR PARTNERTECH AB: OFFER DOCUMENT MADE PUBLIC

The Offer

On 25 May 2015, Scanfil Oyj (“Scanfil”) announced a public offer to the
shareholders of PartnerTech AB (“PartnerTech”) to tender all shares in
PartnerTech to Scanfil at a price of SEK 35 in cash per share (the “Offer”). 

Offer document

The offer document relating to the Offer has been approved and registered by
the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The offer
document has been made public today and is available on Scanfil's website
(www.scanfil.com) in Swedish and English, and will be available on the Swedish
Financial Supervisory Authority's website (www.fi.se) in Swedish.  The
acceptance form related to the Offer can be found on the first of these
websites in Swedish and English. A copy of the offer document and a pre-printed
acceptance form will be mailed to all direct-registered shareholders of
PartnerTech as of 26 May 2015, except for those domiciled in the excluded
countries (see above). The offer document and the acceptance form can also be
obtained from Nordea at the following telephone number: +46 8 534 92 150. 

Acceptance period and settlement

The acceptance period of the Offer starts on 27 May 2015 and ends on 23 June
2015. Settlement is expected to commence on or about 30 June 2015.
