Landsbankinn hf. : Resigns as a Member of the Board of Directors of Landsbankinn hf.

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Landsbankinn hf. today, 9 February
2017, Danielle P. Neben announced her resignation from the Board. Danielle is
leaving to take on new duties. In recent years, she has worked as an independent
consultant.

Danielle was first elected as a Member of the Board of Directors in April 2013.
Helga Björk Eiríksdóttir, Chairman of the Board of Directors: "On behalf of
Landsbankinn, I thank Danielle for her valuable contribution to the Bank in
recent years. I thank her for a pleasant work relationship and wish her all the
best for the future."
