Aspocomp Group Plc, Major Shareholder Announcement, March 10, 2016 at 3:35 p.m.

Aspocomp Group Plc (business ID 1547801-5) received on March 10, 2016 a
notification of major shareholding, pursuant to the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the
Finnish Securities Markets Act from Tiiviste-Group Oy, as a result of the
implementation of changes to the transparency directive in the Finnish
Securities Market Act. According to the notification Tiiviste-Group Oy's
(business ID 0115121-4) holdings and voting rights in Aspocomp Group Plc
exceeded 15 percent threshold on March 10, 2016. 

According to the notification Tiiviste-Group Oy's holdings in Aspocomp Group
Plc amounted to 1,117,804 shares on March 10, 2016, which corresponded to 17.45
percent of the total amount of shares and votes in Aspocomp Group Plc.
