CORRECTION: Landsbankinn taps issuance in NOK and SEK

Landsbankinn has issued a tap of its existing NOK and SEK Floating Rate Notes
maturing in June 2019, by NOK 250 million and SEK 100 million respectively. The
total outstanding issuance now amounts to NOK 500 million and SEK 350 million. 

The bonds are issued under Landsbankinn’s EMTN Programme and will be listed on
the Irish Stock Exchange. The bonds were sold at terms equivalent to NIBOR +
2.5% and STIBOR + 2.5% respectively. The oversubscribed issue was sold to
Scandinavian investors. 

The transaction was arranged by Pareto Securities AB.
