Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed  auction of an existing series, LBANK
170911 and new series, LBANK 171010 and LBANK 180410.

In  total, 25 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
3,680m.

A  total of 6 bids  for 600m were received  in the series  LBANK 170911 with bid
rates at 5.09%-5.35%. No bids were accepted in the series.

A  total of 11 bids for 1,460m were received in the series LBANK 171010 with bid
rates  at 5.10%-5.35%. Bids for  960m were accepted at  a simple rate of 5.20%
equal to the price of 97.4247.

A  total of 8 bids for 1,620m were received  in the series LBANK 180410 with bid
rates  at 5.34%-5.55%. Bids for 1,100m were accepted at a simple rate of 5.44%
equal to the price of 94.7728.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 10 April 2017.
