Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed  auction of an existing series, LBANK
171211 and new series, LBANK 180110 and LBANK 180710.

In  total, 29 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
3,440m.

A  total of 8 bids for 1,120m were received  in the series LBANK 171211 with bid
rates at 4.64%-4.90%. No bids were accepted in the series.

A  total of 15 bids for 1,700m were received in the series LBANK 180110 with bid
rates  at 4.60%-4.90%. Bids for  220m were accepted at  a simple rate of 4.64%
equal to the price of 97.6834.

A  total of 6 bids  for 620m were received  in the series  LBANK 180710 with bid
rates at 4.80%-5.05%. No bids were accepted in the series.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 10 July 2017.
