Islandsbanki hf.: Upcoming covered bond auction 11 November

Íslandsbanki hf. will be holding an auction on covered bonds Friday 11 November
2016. The non-indexed issue ISLA CB 23 and the CPI-linked issues ISLA CBI 22 and
ISLA CBI 26 will be offered to investors. The issues are expected to be listed
on Nasdaq Iceland on 18 November.

In connection with the auction, a bond exchange offering will take place where
holders of the CPI-linked ISLA CBI 16 can sell the bonds in the series against
bonds bought in the above-mentioned auction. The price of the bonds in the
series ISLA CBI 16 is predefined at par which is the clean price 100 and the
yield 3.50% (dirty price is 115.7996515).
