Declaration of Market Making in RIKH 18 1009

NBI hf. (Landsbankinn) hereby declares that Landsbankinn obliges to submit buy
orders for the bond RIKH 18 1009 each trading day in the NASDAQ OMX trading
system.  The minimum volume for each buy order will be 100 million ISK and each
filed order will be renewed within 15 minutes. 
If the total traded volume each day exceeds 600 million ISK, then Landsbankinn
reserves the right to stop submitting buy orders until the next trading day. 
Landsbankinn reserves the right to withdraw this Market Making decleration with
a minimum of one month notice. 
This is a unilateral declaration from Landsbankinn, and is not a part of an
agreement with the Government Debt Management or any other party.
