Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed  auction of an existing series, LBANK
170810 and new series, LBANK 170911 and LBANK 180312.

In  total, 33 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
5,800m.

A  total of 12 bids for 1,800m were received in the series LBANK 170810 with bid
rates  at 5.19%-5.40%. Bids for  920m were accepted at  a simple rate of 5.20%
equal to the price of 97.8378.

A  total of 12 bids for 2,120m were received in the series LBANK 170911 with bid
rates  at 5.20%-5.40%. Bids for 1.400m were accepted at a simple rate of 5.28%
equal to the price of 97.3583.

A  total of 9 bids for 1,880m were received  in the series LBANK 180312 with bid
rates  at 5.40%-5.60%. Bids for 1,740m were accepted at a simple rate of 5.50%
equal to the price of 94.6907.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 10 March 2017.
