Islandsbanki hf.: Íslandsbanki concludes covered bond offering

Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds.

The non-indexed issue ISLA CB 19 was sold for an amount of ISK 840m at a yield
of 5.63%.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 22 was sold for an amount of ISK 180m at a yield
of 3.32%.

The CPI-linked issue ISLA CBI 26 was sold for an amount of ISK 980m at a yield
of 3.15%.

Total demand amounted to ISK 3,100m.

Trading is expected to commence on 7 December 2016 on Nasdaq Iceland.

In 2016 Íslandsbanki issued covered bonds in the amount of ISK 20,000m which is
in line with the banks domestic issuance plan for the year 2016 which assumed
issuance volume of 20,000m to 30,000m.

The total nominal amount of outstanding covered bonds issued by Íslandsbanki
will be to ISK 64,700m.
