Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed auction of the existing series, LBANK
180110 and LBANK 180212 and a new series, LBANK 180810.

In  total, 31 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
4,460m.

A  total of 8 bids for 1,120m were received  in the series LBANK 180110 with bid
rates at 4.58%-4.80%. No bids were accepted in the series.

A  total of 16 bids for 2,140m were received in the series LBANK 180212 with bid
rates  at 4.58%-4.80%. Bids for 1,760m were accepted at a simple rate of 4.62%
equal to the price of 97.6686.

A  total of 7 bids for 1,200m were received  in the series LBANK 180810 with bid
rates at 4.78%-5.05%. No bids were accepted in the series.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 10 August 2017.
